Guided house tours - November weekdays
Join one of our knowledgeable volunteers for a tour of the mansion house on November weekdays.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
Berrington Hall is closed on weekdays during November, but guided tours are available. These tours, led by knowledgeable volunteers, give visitors the opportunity to explore selected rooms and learn about Berrington's history and the families who lived there.
Tour spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed. If tours are full, you can still enjoy exploring the gardens, parkland, cafe and second-hand bookshop, which remain fully open at this time of year.
There is no additional cost for guided tours, but normal admission fees apply. Ask about available tickets on arrival at visitor reception. Advance booking not required.
On weekends, the house will be open as normal, on a self-guided, free-flow basis. The house will be closed on 18, 19 and 20 November as we decorate for Christmas.

The mansion is only accessible via 12 steep stone steps, and therefore tours are not suitable for wheelchair users. If you or someone in your party has limited mobility, you can find out more about our 360 degree virtual tour in the access section of our homepage.
