Learn a pure and authentic tai chi and qigong system, with tutor Dr Marc Price with weekly classes at Croome. Fee: £10.00 per class, or £54.00 per 7 week 'term'.

Weekly classes every Thursday 10am - 11am in the SOQ building at Croome's Visitor Centre.
Beginners are welcome to the classes which aim to support students to:
• Improve physical and mental wellbeing. • Cope better with causes of anxiety and stress. • Improve posture, core strength, flexibility, and balance. • Support recovery from illness or the treatment of an illness.
Fee: £10.00 per class, or £54.00 per 7 week 'term'.
You can 'pay as you go' in cash (£10.00) on arrival to each class, or you can book and pay in advance (£54.00) for each 7 week 'term' by visiting https://taichietc.co.uk/croome/ (copy and paste link to your browser).
