On Saturday 29 March we are giving free entry to The Firs for Lower Broadheath Residents.
Join us this Mother’s Day for a Spring opera concert, immersing yourself in beautiful music carefully selected to celebrate this special day.
The Firs is pleased to announce a special live performance of Elgar’s Cello Concerto performed by cellist Corrine Frost and pianist Janine Parsons with a talk from Richard Westwood-Brookes to examine the history of this distinct piece of music.
Join us for a weekend of blossom celebrations, including special activities inspired by blossom, moments to enjoy our blossom trees and blossom facts dotted around The Firs.
Listen to cellist Corinne Frost playing cello music by British composers including Elgar. Corinne will also take music requests (classical or not) and might even create a sound portrait for you.
