Grow the Perfect Elgar 'Tache This Movember

As Worcestershire looks ahead to the 170th anniversary of Sir Edward Elgar's birth in 2027, we're inviting visitors to take part in a unique Movember challenge inspired by one of the county's most famous sons.

The Elgar 'Tache Challenge encourages you to grow, groom and proudly wear a moustache inspired by Sir Edward Elgar's iconic look throughout November.

Whether you're aiming for a classic handlebar, a perfectly trimmed gentleman's moustache or your own interpretation of the great composer's distinctive style, this is your chance to celebrate Elgar's legacy while embracing the spirit of Movember.

Throughout November, grow your best Elgar-inspired moustache and share your progress with friends, family and fellow Elgar enthusiasts.

The challenge culminates on Sunday 29 November at The Firs- Elgar’s Birthplace.
