Step back in time and experience Christmas Through the Ages at East Riddlesden Hall this festive season. Journey through the beautifully decorated rooms, each capturing the spirit of Christmas from a different era. From the Tudors and Jacobeans, to the elegance of the Georgians, the charm of the 1960s, and the warmth of the present day.
Discover how traditions have evolved and celebrate the magic of Christmas across the centuries.
On 30 November and 21 December, experience the magic of live music in the atmospheric Great Chamber, performed by Dulciana – specialists in 16th-century melodies.
Join us on the 6 December for a special festive open evening, see the decorations in the hall at their brightest as we open until 7pm.
Warm yourself up in the tearoom this winter. With homemade onepots and soups on the menu, alongside delicious bakes and festive treats. Make the most of your day out with a cosy lunch together.
Don't forget to bring your own reusable cup to take advantage of the discounted price on hot drinks. There's no charge to visit the tearoom and with free parking on site it makes for the perfect festive meet up point.

Weekends from 22 November plus 22 December
Mrs Claus will be visiting the Hall this Christmas to tell a festive tale, families can take a seat in the Great Hall and enjoy a Christmas story. Visit our letter to Santa station in the Discovery Room and write down all of your Christmas wishes for Mrs Claus to take home to the North Pole.
Under fives can join Mrs Claus on Mondays for drop in sessions of festive storytelling, running between 10am-12pm every Monday from 24 November.

14 November
Gather your friends, dust off your dancing shoes, and come along to Airedale Barn for an evening of laughter, live music, and unforgettable memories.
29 & 30 November
Join us in the Airedale Barn for a festive market, including Christmas gifts, homeware and much more.
Find inspiration for the perfect Christmas gifts, filled with local handmade treasures and treats. With Christmas music playing and a wall of glittering fairy lights it's sure to give you that festive feel.

29 November
Listen to the Voices of Yorkshire choir as they sing (mostly) classic festive songs, all with their signature twist and blend of beautiful harmonies.
6 & 7 December
Join expert florists, Rock & Wreath and Walter & Blossom for a festive wreath making work shop. All wreath making materials will be included with complimentary bottomless tea or coffee and a wide selection of boozy or alcohol free options available to purchase from the bar.
