We’ve teamed up with the Harrogate Town AFC Community Foundation to bring you a summer full of games and activities for kids of all ages. Expect high-energy fun, team games and keep an eye out for special appearances from Harrogate Town AFC mascot, Harry Gator.
Harrogate Town AFC Community Foundation will be leading some football and cricket sessions every Thursday of the school summer holidays
Football sessions: Work on key skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork through exciting drills and mini-games. The session ends with friendly matches where everyone gets a chance to shine. Whether your child is new to football or looking to improve, this session is all about learning, playing, and having fun in a safe and supportive environment!
Cricket sessions: Cover the basics and beyond – including batting, bowling, fielding, and teamwork – through exciting drills and games. The session finishes with a mini match where everyone can put their skills into action. Whether your child is new to cricket or looking to sharpen their game, this is the perfect way to learn, play, and enjoy the sport in a friendly, supportive setting!
Each session will run for 45 minutes and sessions will alternate between football and cricket. The first few sessions of the day will be designed for kids with little legs.
