Great Big Green Week: Moorland Birds Trail

Bring your binoculars along on this walk for a chance to see the special birds who call the moorland home.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

This is a circular walk around Redbrook Reservoir to see which birds we can see and hear.

We suggest you download the bird app "Merlin" onto your mobile phone (free to download), this is the perfect tool for us all to immerse ourselves in identifying the sights and sounds of the local birds. There will be a demonstration on on how to use the app in our introduction to the walk on the day.

Meet at Gilberts Car Park (layby where Mount Road meets the A62) (https://w3w.co/trample.beep.handyman )

This walk is 3 miles long and will take approx. 2 hours.
