- Booking essential
- Admission applies
This specific tour is an enhanced version of the 'By appointment' tour given regularly at Treasurer's House. It has been developed in partnership with MySight York.
Frank Green created a unique town house in York, his version of an historic house, to be the perfect showcase for his collection of art, furniture and antiques. This is an enchanced tour focussing on Mr. Green's legacy and other historic elements of Treasurer's House.
There are collection items and recreations that can be touched, such as embroidery, carvings and pottery. Visitors can expect a tailored audio description of each room, the relevant history and key parts of the collection.
