As well as experiencing the full force of the River Itchen as it roars beneath Winchester City Mill, there’s lots taking place in February half-term to keep to keep families busy. All of our February half-term events are free after admission and suitable for tiny tots as well as older children.

City Mill family trail

Saturday 10 - Sunday 18 February, 10am-4pm  

Explore indoors and outdoors across Winchester City Mill with our new trail everyday this half term. Don an explorer’s hat to find all the information Oscar the Otter needs to build his new home. Complete the board to win a prize.

Baking demonstration

Saturday 10 February, 11am-3pm

Discover how our team of volunteer bakers combine our freshly milled stoneground flour with local seasonal ingredients to produce delicious sweet and savoury foods for you to sample during our baking demonstration. As well as our usual treats, we’re creating chocolatey delights to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
