We mill weekly, producing around 20,000 tonnes of stoneground wholemeal flour a year. 1.5kg and 5kg bags are available to purchase in our shop, as well as recipe cards, created by our volunteer bakers, to inspire you to bake at home. We also stocks bakeware, cookbooks and bread-making books appealing to the novice or more experienced baker.
