Volunteering opportunities in the Cotswolds

Volunteers get involved in all sorts of tasks

There are so many ways to volunteer for the National Trust in the Cotswolds countryside right now; why not try something different and make a difference to a special place near you?

We have a huge variety of roles on offer which are always being updated, from cattle checkers and rangers to administration and events assistants.

For a full list of the current roles in your area, use the 'Volunteering Search' button below.

Here is just a taste of what we have to offer:

  1. Dog Ranger and Engagement Volunteer
Orientate, engage and encourage responsible dog walking on our National Trust sites, specifically at Minchinhampton and Rodborough Commons and Crickley Hill.

  2. Woodchester Outdoor Visitor Experience Volunteer
An Outdoor Visitor Experience Volunteer helps in developing the outdoors offer at Woodchester Park and bring the history to life.

  3. Restrictive Covenants Assistant
A restrictive covenant is a permanent legal constraint applied voluntarily to land and/or buildings by its owner. In order to manage these covenants effectively, we need your help to monitor and keep up-to-date records of the condition of the covenanted area. This role would be based at Ebworth.
