A friendly welcome awaits you at Aberdulais Cafe, now located inside the Visitor Centre. Come rain or shine you can dine alfresco in the sun or soak up the atmosphere inside the visitor center.
We have a yummy selection of cakes, sandwiches, pasties, sausage rolls, soup, savory snacks, sweet treats and ice creams on offer, as well as a wide variety of hot and cold drinks. Indoor & outdoor seating available. Dogs are welcomed in our café.
Every penny of profit we make in our café stays at Aberdulais and helps ensure the National Trust can continue to look after this special place for ever, for everyone.
To help the National Trust achieve net zero energy use by 2045, we serve all our food and hot drinks in fully compostable vegware materials and provide biodegradable wooden cutlery. Our shop sells reusable bamboo cups for £10, if you purchase one during your visit we’ll fill it with a complimentary hot drink of your choice. We also recycle all of our food & packaging waste.
The National Trust has achieved the Soil Associations Bronze Food for Life Award. This means you can be reassured we know exactly how our food has been grown, raised or reared. We can trace our meat back to the farm, all our eggs are free range and our food is free from undesirable additives, colourings, sweeteners, trans fats and GM ingredients. To achieve the Bronze award we worked closely with the Soil Association and looked at everything from our menu and our suppliers, to the way that we prepare our food. As a conservation charity that looks after a huge variety of special places, including 500,000 acres of farmland, our food and where it comes from is an important part of what we do.
Please ask a member of our café team for allergen or dietary information.
We hope to welcome you to our café soon!
