Christmas fair

Saturday 16 & Sunday 17 November, 11am-4pm
Start your Christmas shopping early at our Chirstmas fair. Local stall holders will be selling a variety of items including jams, chutneys, jewellery, textile items, home furnishings, scarves, quilts, toys, cards, decorations, wood work and more. £5 entry, including access to house, Carriage Museum and garden.

Christmas at the Court

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 23 November - 22 December, 10.30am-4pm
Join us and get in the festive mood this winter. The house and Carriage Museum will be decorated for a Victorian Christmas.

Christmas trail, 10.30am-4pm
Pick up a Christmas trail and explore the outdoors, looking out for the festive deer on your way.

Paper wreath workshop

Saturday 23 November, 11am-3pm
Join us for new workshop and learn to make your very own paper wreath and Christmas decorations. £8 per person. Booking essential.

Christmas rag rug wreath workshop

Saturday 30 November, 10am-2.30pm 
Make a recycled fabric wreath which can be used for years to come. Learn the skill of rag rug making to create a unique and colourful decoration, from Deborah Hastings. You'll take home a completed wreath ready to hang. All materials, tools and hot drinks included.£22 per person. Booking essential.

Father Christmas

Saturday & Sunday, 14 - 22 December
12 noon- 12.30pm, 12.30-1pm, 1-1.30pm, 1.30-2pm, 2-2.30pm, 2.30-3pm
Come to our festive grotto in the stables at the Carriage Museum and meet our traditional green Father Christmas. All good girls and boys will receive a present. Booking essential. £6 per child. Admission applies.
