Wooden Reindeer

The wooden reindeer are back and are waiting patiently for Father Christmas to arrive, pop up to the carriage museum to see them, can you remember all their names, we have an extra one named especially last year, as voted by our visitors.

Tasty treats in the tea-room

The tea-room is open for light refreshments with limited seating indoors (please remember a face covering, unless you are exempt).

Look out for the tasty treats on the Christmas menu.

We also have crisps and confectionery; cream teas; cakes; pasties and sausage rolls, including vegan pasty (chickpea and cauliflower in a fruity curry sauce) – please note the offer will vary according to the amount of visitor bookings we have on the day.

Everyone needs nature

With over 20 miles of pathways winter is a great time to appreciate the outdoors and connect with nature, enjoy a crisp walk, take in the bird hide, go through the woods and explore the Wilderness play area.
