Walking trail

Walk through the orchards and wildflower meadow to reach our specially designed natural play area for children aged 7 and over.

Car park at Lower Brockhampton


Enter the property through visitor reception and walk towards the manor house. Turn right following the orange markers through the damson orchard.

The damson orchard leads into the apple orchard behind the manor house. This in turn leads to the wildflower meadow which you enter by crossing the farm track. Turn right and walk the full length of the meadow before heading downhill.

Turn right after the gate and follow the orange markers straight down to the entrance of the natural play trail.

The play area is regularly assessed for safety by our countryside team but please make your own assessment of the equipment for your children. The area is designed for aged 7 and over. When you are all worn out, make you way back by the same path.

How to get here

Lower Brockhampton manor house, National Trust Brockhampton Estate, Bringsty, near Bromyard, WR6 5UH
By road

Follow the A44 west from Worcester or the A44 east from Bromyard and turn off at the Brockhampton Estate sign. Follow the winding road to Lower Brockhampton and park in the main car park near the manor house.
