Access at Carrick-a-Rede and Larrybane
Carrick-a-Rede Island is accessed from the mainland by a 20m wide rope bridge, traditionally erected by salmon fishermen over 250 years ago.
The rope bridge is accessible along a 1km cliff side path.
The first 0.5km of coastal path is wheelchair accessible.
Please read our Access Statement in full for further information relating to access or facilities.
