A shared vision at Chastleton

Garden volunteer at work at Chastleton House

We need new faces this season to help us share the house and garden with our visitors. Whatever your talents or interests, there's a role at Chastleton for you.

A shared vision

More than 170 volunteers help us to care for Chastleton in many different roles.
Room guides are vital in showing the property to our visitors and bringing it to life with their stories of the family who lived here. Specialist conservation volunteers help with cleaning precious pewter plates and books. In the garden, volunteers help our gardener, sharing its magic with our visitors through regular guided tours.

Our garden volunteering team work hard to make sure that the topiary is tip top and the kitchen garden is productive.
