Hallowe'en at Coughton
Have a wander through the gardens and find out what happened to Coughton’s resident woolly animals at Hallowe'en! See the decorated pumpkins in the house; how many can you find?
One crisp autumn day, Herbert Hedgehog left Woolington village to take a relaxing walk around Coughton. As he ambled along, taking in the autumnal colours, a white flash caught his eye. Herbert stopped, making sure not to make a sound, staring in the direction of the flash of white. ‘A ghost!’, he squealed. Scared and wide-eyed, Herbert dashed back to Woolington to tell the rest of the animals what he had seen.
What do you think happened next? This is the start of the story we are telling here at Coughton Court. Come along and find out how it ends.
This Hallowe’en event takes place from Saturday 22 - Sunday 23 and Thursday 27 - Sunday 30 October from 11am – 3.30pm. Each trail costs £2.50 and children will receive sweets, a take home craft and an activity sheet for the fun to continue at home.
