Clumber Park Runners

If you are completely new to running, looking to ease yourself back into some gentle exercise or training for parkrun or Trust 10K, this is the perfect group for you.

Join us in the beautiful setting of Clumber Park to gradually build your fitness and confidence in running. Meet other local runners who will support you on your journey.

The group will meet every Wednesday morning. New members are welcome to join the group at any time.

At the end of the session join us in the café for a cuppa and a piece of cake.
