Clumber Park Runners

If you are completely new to running, looking to ease yourself back into some gentle exercise or training for a parkrun or Race for Life, this is the perfect group for you.

Join our qualified Leaders in Running Fitness, in the beautiful setting of Clumber Park to gradually build your fitness and confidence in running. The group will meet every Wednesday morning. New members are welcome to join the group at any time.

At the end of the session join us in the cafe for a cuppa and cake!

Meeting point
Meet outside the Cafe in the main visitor facilities area ready for a 9:30am start.
What to bring and wear
You will need shoes suitable for running in and comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather.

Pushabout Clumber

Pushabout walks are aimed at anyone walking with a baby or toddler in a pushchair wanting to become more physically active. The walks are over terrain suitable for pushchairs and last approximately 1 hour, usually with a distance of 2 to 3 miles.
