The Big Camp in London and the South East
Make the most of the summer by taking part in the Big Camp 2017, for an experience you’ll remember forever at some of the National Trust's most special places.
This year, from Saturday 17 June, we're offering the opportunity to enjoy pop-up camping somewhere truly unique. The long days of summer are the perfect time to experience one of our 18 pop-up camping locations with many offering food, live music and marshmallow toasting around a campfire.
From campfires, moth trapping and ‘wild fun’ in the South Downs to nature walks and marshmallow toasting at Stowe’s Temple of Friendship. From night-time stargazing and cooking on a campfire at Sheffield Park and Garden to bat walks and boat trips on the River Wey. With each special location putting on its own events there is something for everyone to enjoy.
