Eating at Goddards
Pick up a takeaway for your garden walk or try one of our chocolate orange inspired recipes.
What to expect on your visit
There are a few changes at Goddards this year.
- The tearoom is takeaway only with a very reduced offer of hot & cold drinks and bakes.
- There are a few seats available on the terrace and around the garden, all indoor areas are closed.
- We are only able to accept card payments.
- Open for selected days only, plan your visit and book here.
Plants not plastic
The takeaway packaging you will get your food and drink in are made from a plant based material - not plastic. This makes them fully compostable after they've been used and in turn, this will help future crops grow.
Remember your reusable cup
Every time you present a reusable cup when you order a hot drink at one of our cafes, tea rooms or kiosks*, we'll give you 25p off as a thank you for helping the environment by reducing the number of disposable cups used. This promotion replaces the hot drinks loyalty card scheme, which closed in February 2021.
*Discount not guaranteed at food outlets operated by third parties.
Have a go at home
Goddards is the former home of the Terry family, perhaps most well-known for the chocolate orange. Carry on your visit at home and try one of our favourite recipes using these perfectly paired ingredients.
