Nestled in the Gunby gardens, this very pretty, former gardener’s cottage is packed full of character with its low doorways and cosy open fire. It sits within its own private garden amongst the superb setting of Gunby Hall.
When the public have all gone home, guests of the cottage are free to enjoy the eight acres of grounds at Gunby and follow the many paths across the surrounding parkland. The gardens offer traditional cut flower beds, a wonderful rose garden and extensive vegetable gardens which allow for plenty of exploring.
As the cottage lies between the LincolnshireWolds and the bracing coastline, it's ideal for the keen walker or cyclist who wants to explore the local area, including the many National Trust properties, picturesque local villages such as Gunby and the market towns of Spilsby and Horncastle. The historic city of Lincoln is also just under an hour away and offers a day full of culture and shopping.
