A historic flint building with a colourful and bright interior, set alongside the Norfolk Coast Path, situated in the stunning harbour of Brancaster Staithe. Capable of housing up to 48 guests, or 22 if you decide to opt for just half the property, Brancaster is the ideal place to celebrate a large family get together. With the North Norfolk coast on your doorstep you can expect stunning views of the marshes and sea beyond. Of course this part of the country is famous for the number of rare birds that stop in on annual migrations and some of the UK's best nature reserves are just a stone's throw away. You'll also be in the perfect location for activities such as sailing, walking, kites surfing and more. There are historic houses within driving distance and many stunning beaches along the coastline, including Brancaster Beach just a few miles down the road. Inland, explore some of Norfolk’s beautiful flint villages and discover Norwich, the county's most populated city, with its medieval architecture, beautiful cathedral, independent shops and countless pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Entrance hall, dining room, five bedrooms - 1x dormitory sleeping 2 (bunkbed and ensuite), 1x dormitory sleeping 4 (in bunkbeds with designated shower room), 1x dormitory sleeping 6 (in bunkbeds and with ensuite), 1x dormitory (accessed via the courtyard) sleeping 6 (in bunkbeds and with ensuite – this is our accessible bedroom) and 1x dormitory sleeping 8 (in bunkbeds with a designated shower room). Two communal shower rooms (each with 2x showers and 2x toilets).
Please note that the ground floor bedrooms, bathrooms and dining room are only available to whole centre hire.
Snug with wood burner and balcony overlooking harbour, well equipped self – catering kitchen and a living/dining area. Four bedrooms 3x dormitories sleeping 5 (bunkbed and ensuite) and 1x dormitory sleeping 7 (bunkbeds and ensuite) and a single toilet.
All first floor bedrooms include 1 zip and link bunk which offer flexibility as either 3 singles or 1 double, with one single above.
Notes for guests

Heating: The centre is heated by a combination of underfloor heating and radiators. In addition the snug has a woodburner and starter kit is provided.
Bedding/linen: 1 pillow per person and mattress protector provided.

Single linen pack per person £10.00
Double linen pack per person £10.00 (£20 for a double pack)
Packs contain a pillow case/s, sheet, duvet and duvet cover.
Breakfast Packs: 4-person breakfast packs are available to order (minimum order 3). If you wish to order then please contact the Holidays Team on 0344 335 1296 at least 5 days ahead of your stay. Cost per pack is £24 or £27 for a gluten-free 4-person breakfast pack.
Parking: We would suggest car sharing where possible due to the limited public parking at the harbour entrance, there is enough room for a coach or minibus nearby.
Garden: Fully enclosed south facing garden with patio area, seating and gas barbecue (gas supplied).
Hazards: Brancaster Activity Centre is located within the small working harbour of Brancaster Staithe. During busy times the harbour receives a lot of traffic, including boats and trailers. Please be aware of tides, creeks and mudflats. The harbour can be liable to tidal flooding.
