    Stay in the oldest cottage in Port Quin, once a fisherman's home. The cottage retains its historic features with low ceilings, original beams and a solid-fuel stove adding to its cosy Cornish feel.

    You’ll have your own garden where views down towards the inlet and over the headlands unfold. It’s just a few paces from the beach where you can discover its tiny caves, go rock pooling or kayaking. We’ll provide you with secure storage if you’d like to bring your own kayak. 

    Open the garden gate to the South West Coast Path where you’ll be rewarded with stunning seascapes. Venture over the headlands to the quaint fishing village of Port Isaac, made famous in the TV series, Doc Martin. Head to Lundy Bay for walks through flower rich meadows, sheltered valleys and rocky bays, with sandy coves at low tide. 

    There are three other holiday cottages in Port Quin: Carolina Cellar (sleeps two), Guy’s Cottage (sleeps six) and Quin Cottage (sleeps three). They can be booked together with Lacombe Cottage for up to 14 guests.
