A Cornish cottage in a popular beach location, with the Roseland peninsula on the doorstep.
Roseland Porth Farm Cottage sits in a group of traditional Cornish buildings, all now National Trust holiday cottages, and is just right for a family beach holiday. Sandy Towan Beach is a five-minute walk away, Porthcurnick beach is a short drive and the secret coves of St Anthony Head are close by.
The cottage has a generous combined sitting and dining room with plenty of light from dual-aspect windows. There are soft, velvet sofas by the wood-burner for cosy evenings, and there’s a farmhouse table for dining together. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen, a WC, utility space and a handy back yard for keeping and drying your beach gear. There are three bedrooms upstairs, a double, a twin and a single, and the family shower room.
At the front of the cottage there’s a small, lawned garden with a table and chairs.
Sitting in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, you’ll have the Roseland Peninsula on your doorstep. It’s an unspoilt landscape of cliffs, creeks, woods and beaches, and rich in wildlife all year round. For a little bit of culture and a spot of lunch, head to Portscatho for its art galleries and traditional pubs.
Roseland Porth Farm Cottage is next to Roseland Porth Farm House, Towan Cottage, Roseland Porth Barn and Penhaligon’s holiday cottages.
