Ticknall Lodge, Ticknall
If you're looking for unique cottages in Derbyshire, this pentagonal house ticks all the boxes. Built in 1806, the Grade II listed gate house has a warm and welcoming interior, with antique wood furnishings and a cosy, open fire. The cottage sits at the entrance to Calke Abbey Estate, with its 600 acres of parkland just on your doorstep. Sleeps 3.
Kedleston Park House, Quarndon
For Derbyshire country cottages, you'd be hard pressed to find a more idyllic location than Kedleston Park House. The 19th-century house us tucked in a quiet spot on Kedleston Park Estate, surrounded by tranquil parkland. It has a large private garden with seating area - the perfect place to relax and take in the view. Sleeps 6.
Norbury Manor, Ashbourne
One of our largest Derbyshire cottages, Norbury Manor is ideal for big groups looking for places to stay near the Peak District. Sleeping 12 people and two dogs, Norbury has a luxurious interior with wood-panelled rooms, stained glass windows and large open fireplaces. Sleeps 12.

Hardwick Hall Stable Yard, Chesterfield
You can stay in one of two cottages in the heart of the Hardwick estate in a restored stable yard building. The two individual cottages sleep a total of 18 guests, perfect for friends and family holidaying together. The two large holiday homes have a private walled garden.
6 High Hazels
This self-catering cottage in Derbyshire was once a brewhouse, but is now a spacious six bedroom holiday home. The cottage has a luxurious interior with high ceilings, chic furnishings and a roll top bath. During your stay, make sure you visit Hardwick Hall to explore the former home of Elizabethan courtier, Bless of Hardwick. Sleeps 11.
4 Stable Yard Cottage
Stay at this Derbyshire holiday cottage at the heart of Hardwick Estate. The 16th-century former stable yard has been restored into a comfortable cottage for six. If you don't want to leave your favourite four-legged friend at home, the cottage and parklands are dog-friendly. Sleeps 6.
Greenwood Farm, Hope Valley
There are three neighbouring cottages in a landscape of fields, ancient woodland and heather moorland at Greenwood Farm, sleeping a total of 16 guests. Each one has great spaces to relax and spend time together, and a private garden as well as a shared courtyard. Trails leads to the Longshaw estate, a mile away, and climber will love the challenge of the Gritstone Edges.
Wilson Farmhouse
This grade II-listed farmhouse from the late 1700s is a lovely mix of old and new. with inglenook fireplaces and log-burning stoves in the sitting room and the snug. Sleeps 6.
Gorsey Bank Barn
This fresh and bright converted barn has three en-suite bedrooms, with one bedroom and wet room on the ground floor, and an owl box with a camera livestream. Sleeps 6.
Millstone Barn
This newly-converted barn has exposed stone walls and beams, a double bedroom and one twin. Sleeps 4.

Redhurst, Ashbourn
On the banks of the River Manifold, this pretty cottage in the Peak District oozes rustic charm. Set off from your front door to explore highlights of the Peak District, including Thor's Cave and its sweeping valleys. After a day in the great outdoors, the cosy living room is the perfect space to relax and revive. Sleeps 4.
White Edge Lodge, Sheffield
Standing alone on a vast expanse of heather moorland, with all-encompassing views of the Peak District, White Edge Lodge is sure to excite. A former gamekeeper's cottage, much of its original features remain, such as exposed brick walls and wooden beams. Its highlight though, is the upstairs roll-top bath which looks out over 20-miles of countryside. Sleeps 5.
