Close to the Norfolk Coast, this barn conversion makes the perfect getaway for two.
Set over two floors, 2 Cart Lodge Barn is located in an historic converted farm building on the edge of Sheringham Park. Boasting exposed beams, rustic flint walls and a small private garden, this cosy cottage is the ideal romantic retreat.
Listen to the sounds of the working farm as you plan your day over breakfast. Discover beautiful Sheringham Park with roaming Muntjac, Roe and majestic Red deer and miles of marked walking trails. You’ll have direct access to 1,000 acres of woodland and parkland, and can climb to the top of the gazebo for 360° views across the surrounding countryside, the North Norfolk coast and maybe even catch a glimpse of the steam train.
Sheringham Beach is just a short trek from the cottage while a little further afield, Blakeney National Nature Reserve, home to acres of dunes and salt marshes, is only a 30-minute drive away. Catch a boat from Blakeney Quay for a guided seal watching tour.
2 Cart Lodge Barn, 1 Cart Lodge Barn (sleeps five), 3 Cart Lodge Barn (sleeps two) and 4 Cart Lodge Barn (sleeps six) can be booked together for a group of up to 15 people.

Electric Vehicle charging point: There is a charging point in the main visitor car park at Sheringham Park which guests are welcome to use subject to availability.

Utilities/Electricals: The washing machine and tumble dryer are in a communal laundry that is located on the ground floor of the barns.
Please note: Located on a working farm, noise may be heard.
Storage: Cycles can be stored under the car parking bays securing to the upward posts.
Offers: Holiday cottage guests have free entry to all National Trust properties during the period of their stay. Full details in the confirmation email upon booking.
