3 Cart Lodge Barn is a cosy converted farm building set over two floors on the Sheringham Park estate. Complete with exposed beams, a small grassed seating area with sea-views and situated on a working farm, the cottage is the ideal place for a romantic getaway.
With Sheringham Park right on your doorstep, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to walking routes. Discover lots of wildlife including Muntjac, Roe and Red deer as well as countless bird species too. You’ll have direct access to 1,000 acres of woodland and parkland, and can climb to the top of the gazebo for 360° views across the surrounding countryside, the North Norfolk coast and maybe even catch a glimpse of the steam train.
Head to Sheringham’s pretty high street with its collection of sea front shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants. Nature lovers should make the 30 minute drive to the beautiful Blakeney Nature Reserve, where grey seals bask on the golden sands.
3 Cart Lodge Barn, 1 Cart Lodge Barn (sleeps five), 2 Cart Lodge Barn (sleeps two) and 4 Cart Lodge Barn (sleeps six) can be booked together for a group of up to 15 people.

Electric Vehicle charging point: There is a charging point in the main visitor car park at Sheringham Park which guests are welcome to use subject to availability.
Garden: There is a small grassed area for sitting outside.
Utilities/Electricals: The washing machine and tumble dryer are in a communal laundry that is located on the ground floor of the barns.
Please note: Located on a working farm, noise may be heard.
The living room and bedroom are in the same room.
Storage: Cycles can be stored under the car parking bays securing to the upward posts.
Offers: Holiday cottage guests have free entry to all National Trust properties during the period of their stay. Full details in the confirmation email upon booking.
Guests will benefit from a late Sunday checkout of 4pm at this cottage.
