About Octavia Hill BunkhouseThis restored farm building is perfect for large groups looking for a rural retreat in the Kent countryside.
The 10-sleeper Octavia Hill bunkhouse is set in a former farm building and dairy. Packed with original features, the bunkhouse is located on the 80-acre Outridge Farm, part of the Toys Hill estate.
Ideal for an active break with friends, the nearby down land is criss-crossed with magnificent walking trails, whilst the Toy Hill estate has acres of ancient woodland to explore.
Discover nearby Chartwell, the former home of Sir Winston Churchill just two miles south of the town of Westerham, and owned and maintained by us.
Further south, head to the Bough Beech reservoir. This beautiful site managed by the Kent Wildlife Trust is home to historic woodland and offers lots of opportunities for bird and butterfly spotting. Discover wildflower meadows and waterside wading birds.
