About Octavia Hill Bunkhouse
This restored farm building is perfect for large groups looking for a rural retreat in the Kent countryside.The 10-sleeper Octavia Hill bunkhouse is set in a former farm building and dairy. Packed with original features, the bunkhouse is located on the 80-acre Outridge Farm, part of the Toys Hill estate.
Ideal for an active break with friends, the nearby down land is criss-crossed with magnificent walking trails, whilst the Toy Hill estate has acres of ancient woodland to explore.
Discover nearby Chartwell, the former home of Sir Winston Churchill just two miles south of the town of Westerham, and owned and maintained by us.
Further south, head to the Bough Beech reservoir. This beautiful site managed by the Kent Wildlife Trust is home to historic woodland and offers lots of opportunities for bird and butterfly spotting. Discover wildflower meadows and waterside wading birds.

Drying room, two bunk-bedded dormitories sleeping 10 in total, separate male and female wash rooms with two toilets and a shower each.
Welcome area with tables and chairs, lounge with three seater and two seater sofas, large dining table to sit 10 sitting on long benches either side and a kitchen.
Notes for guests
Heating: Gas central heating
Bedding/linen: No linen or pillows are supplied. We only provide mattresses.
Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the car park to the side of the bunkhouse. Please don’t park in front of the bunkhouse or in front of the gates as the farmer needs this space for access.
Garden: Small garden at the side of the bunk house, with a fire pit for log fires and a barbecue. There is an undercover patio area at the back of the garden. Table with attached bench seats.
