Four of five pitches accept awnings and pup tents but one does not (pitch 2). Be sure to book a pitch with room for an awning if you need one. We don't allocate pitches 1-4 in advance, so choose from those available on arrival.

Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.

The minimum stay is 1 night.

You don't have to be a member of the National Trust to camp and we are unable to offer member discounts due to the regulations we are governed by as a charity. If you'd like to be a member and support our work, please speak to the team at reception.

Please check arrive from 2pm, and leave your pitch by 11am on your day of departure.

You'll find a barrier gate at the site.

This site is for campervans and motorhomes, suitable for a space of 4.5m x 8m. It doesn't accept larger campervans or caravans of any length due to restricted access.

There are five pitches, all with electric hook-up.

Each one has a hardstanding area and a grassed area.

Four have space for an awning, one (pitch 2) does not.

The site does not have toilet or shower facilities, but there are toilets in the National Trust car park.

This site is for campervans and motorhomes. There's no reception, shop, toilets, showers or other facilities.

There's a water point.

There is a chemical disposal point.

There's no Wi-Fi.

There are toilets in the National Trust car park a short walk away. There's also a café (not National Trust) which is open in the summer months.

We welcome dogs at no additional charge, two per pitch. Dogs must be kept on leads and exercised away from other campers. Please pick up after your dogs right away.
Dogs are not allowed on the beach from April to September, but you can walk your dog from the campsite to the woodland area at the start of the coastal path, accessed from the main visitor car park.
Campfires and barbecues are not allowed.
Campervans and motorhomes suitable for a space of 4.5m x 8m only: Sorry, we can't accept larger vehicles or caravans due to access restrictions.
Quiet time: Please think of your neighbours and help us protect the peace and tranquility at Llanborth Campervan Site at all times. No noise 10pm - 8am please.
Lost property: If you leave any of your possessions behind at the campsite, please contact us as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to charge you for any storage and delivery costs that we incur in relation to your lost property. We charge a lost property charge of £10 to cover our administrative costs and standard Royal Mail delivery up to 2kgs in the UK to return your items to you. If a request to return your items deviates from these conditions, then we reserve the right to charge you any additional costs.
Where possible, we’ll hold lost property for 28 days after which it’ll be disposed of. Perishables will be disposed of immediately and are therefore unreturnable. In addition, we will only be able to return items permissible by Royal Mail.
Problem or complaint: Every reasonable care will be taken to ensure that the camping pitch, pod or bothy and also site amenities are presented to a high standard. Should you find any cause for complaint, please immediately contact one of the campsite staff, so that reasonable steps can then be taken to rectify the problem. National Trust will not normally make any refunds in respect of complaints made after the Visitor’s departure from the campsite if the Visitor did not make the problem or complaint known to staff during the Visitor’s stay. If you supplied an email address at the time of booking, a survey will be emailed to you for your comments after your stay. Alternatively, a comment form may be completed and left at the campsite reception. All complaints made after the Visitor’s departure should be made in writing by post or email to:

The closest facilities are in Cardigan, including supermarkets, about 9 miles away - a 20-minute drive.
The campsite is 400m from the beach at Penbryn, a mile of golden sand. For other beaches, try surfer's favourite Llangrannog, sheltered Mwnt or wide-open Poppit Sands which is popular for activities including kite-boarding.
Cardigan, a small town with places to shop, eat and drink, is about a 20-minute drive away. The cathedral city of St David's is about a 75-minute drive, as is the Blue Lagoon at Abereiddi.
You have free entry to National Trust places during your stay, and Cilgerran Castle and Llanerchaeron are within easy reach.
