About Exmoor Riverlands – Beavers, Water voles & more!

Help the team at Holnicote with the fantastic Riverlands Project.

The Riverlands Project at Holnicote has been working to bring back lost species, restore river systems and mitigate for climate change. Join the Riverlands team to take part in this unique and innovative project.

Working alongside the team to deliver a variety of wildlife surveys including Water vole, mammal trapping and go on a Beaver walk. Help us create and improve habitats for nature through coppicing and the creation of Beaver dams. You will also be taking part in ‘Your Riverland Week’ through helping to run community events such as a Bioblitz.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a ground breaking project and be part of the return of a key stone species on Exmoor.
