We’ve listened to your feedback about wanting more flexibility around your membership preferences, so we’ve created My Account. Find out how to register, make changes to your membership and choose how you want to hear from us.

My Account is here to help you make changes to your membership online, such as updating personal details and contact information. Plus, you can request a replacement membership card, check your membership renewal date and renew online.

Many of you have asked for the option to not receive a printed Handbook, so you can now select your preference in My Account. You can also choose between a printed or digital version of the National Trust Magazine. If you do choose to go paperless, you’re helping us to reduce our carbon footprint and put more money towards looking after nature, beauty and history.

In My Account, you'll be able to opt in to receive emails from us. By doing so, you’ll get access to everything from exclusive member-only competitions and retail discounts to videos with our experts and updates about the important work you help us do.

How to register for My Account

To register, please visit My Account. You’ll need your membership number, email address and postcode to create your account.

Please note that only the lead member (the person who pays for the membership) can register for and manage memberships in My Account at the moment. We hope to introduce the functionality for all members to do so in the future.

If you’re experiencing issues with My Account, please call the Supporter Services Centre on 0344 800 1895.
