Car park
The on-site car park uses a digital payment system via the JustPark app, property code 80638. We recommend setting up and downloading the app before your visit. Parking is free for members via the app. Ample parking at National Trust East Soar TQ7 3DR (1.2 mile farmland walk to Overbeck's).

Dogs allowed
Dogs are welcome on a short fixed lead, keep paws on paths, please. We have spare leads and poo bags available. Assistance dogs only on lawns and in Banana Garden. Dog waste bin on drive at car park entrance.

Every Wednesday at 11am with the garden team. Pre-booking essential.

Light refreshments, situated at the entrance to Overbeck's Garden in our Coach House Kiosk
Picnic area
Picnic at the Coach House cafe courtyard or borrow a picnic basket and blanket from the courtyard and picnic in the garden
Toilet
Multi-user accessible toilet in the Coach House café. Further toilets, baby changing facilities and accessible toilets are situated within the garden.
Designated parking. Loose gravel, steep paths and steps. A step-free route around the garden is available. Dogs welcome on marked areas.

By road
From Malborough follow the brown signs to Overbeck’s via North Sands/South Sands. From Salcombe take Cliff Road to South Sands and then follow the brown signs to Overbeck's Garden. Please note the roads through Salcombe are narrow and the approach to Overbeck's Garden is steep with sharp turns. Take care and drive slowly.

From Salcombe take Cliff Road to South Sands and then follow the brown signs to Overbeck's Garden. From the South West Coast Path at Sharpitor, take the lane uphill following the signs to Overbeck's Garden (about a half mile).

From Totnes or Kingsbridge, alight at Salcombe. From Salcombe take Cliff Road to South Sands and then follow the brown signs to Overbeck's Garden. Take the ferry from Whitesands Quay, Salcombe to South Sands (seasonal), and walk about three quarters of a mile uphill following the brown signs to Overbeck's. Runs from Easter to the end of October.
