If you find yourself with some leftover chocolate, these little nests are the perfect solution. Using ingredients from the cupboard, everyone will love getting creative decorating their own chocolate nests.
- 225gdark chocolate
- 50ggolden syrup
- Mini eggs to decorate
- Line a 12 hole muffin or cupcake tin with paper cases.
- Melt the chocolate, golden syrup and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water or in the microwave. If you do it in the microwave, make sure it's in short bursts, stirring well in between.
- Stir the chocolate, golden syrup and butter into the cornflakes and divide into the paper cases.
- Push the mini eggs into the nests and leave to set in the fridge for about an hour, or until firm.
