We let farms on our land to tenant farmers throughout the year. Opportunities don't come up that often, so you'll need to be quick if letting one of our farms appeals to you.

Gelli Iago, Nantgwynant, Snowdonia

Gelli Iago is a 488ha hill farm located in Nantgwynant and extends to the peaks of Cnicht.  We are looking for a new tenant to run the land, sheep flock and introduce more cattle to graze the land.  We are looking for a tenant with strong conservation interest and keen to work with us to improve the habitats further.

We are offering a Farm Business Tenancy with standard repairing obligations for an initial fixed term of 10 years.

This is bare land only, with one modest traditional farm building for stock handling and loading (it is not suitable for livestock housing).

If you have experience in conservation and managing livestock to help nature flourish then National Trust Cymru would be keen to hear from you.

Gelli Iago, Nantgwynant, Eryri

Mae Gelli Iago yn fferm fynydd 488ha wedi'i lleoli yn Nantgwynant ac mae'n ymestyn i gopaon Cnicht.  Rydym nawr yn chwilio am denant newydd i redeg y tir, defaid a chyflwyno fwy o wartheg i bori'r tir. Rydym yn chwilio am denant sydd â diddordeb cryf mewn cadwraeth ac sy'n awyddus i weithio gyda ni i wella'r cynefinoedd .

Rydym yn cynnig Tenantiaeth Busnes Fferm am gyfnod penodol cychwynnol o 10 mlynedd.

Tir yn unig yw y fferm yma, gydag un adeilad fferm traddodiadol ar gyfer trin a llwytho stoc (nid yw'n addas ar gyfer cadw da byw).

Os oes gennych brofiad mewn cadwraeth a rheoli da byw i helpu natur i ffynnu bydd Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol Cymru yn awyddus i glywed gennych.
