Daffodil Danders at Springhill
We're open every weekend in March for Daffodil Danders.
Daffodils, also known as narcissus, announce the beginning of spring and waking of nature. There are hundreds of different varieties, with a wide range of colours, sizes and shapes. There is a great assortment at Springhill, with 600 new bulbs being planted each autumn our collection is always increasing. Come and see the wonderful display of these bright and beautiful spring flowers, and discover how many different types you can see throughout the grounds.
Springhill House will also be open following its deep winter clean - take a tour of the 17th Century plantation home to hear more about ten generations of the Lenox-Conyngham family who lived there. The house will re-open from Saturday 11 March 2017.
The Barn Café will also be open for refreshments, as will the Well-Read Bookshop, packed with hundreds of second-hand books. Browse through the retail area, full of handpicked items for you, your home and garden.
