How you can help Sunnycroft

Sunnycroft Halliday Glasshouse

Supporting our work with Raffle tickets

The National Trust is a charity, and we rely on the support and generosity of our members and visitors to enable us to protect our beautiful places for ever, for everyone.

Each year we raise funds for Sunnycroft by selling Specials Places Raffle and Winter Raffle tickets, all proceeds of which go to the property. Previous projects which have benefited from funds raised in the raffle include important repairs to Sunnycroft’s roof and the conservation of the historic Maws tile floor.

What’s more, every £1 ticket you buy is matched by funds raised thorough the Trust’s National raffle so Sunnycroft receives £2 for every ticket sold. The top prize in the Special Places Raffle and Winter Raffle is £10,000 so it gives you a great chance and helps us look after Sunnycroft.

Funds raised by the raffle this year are going towards restoring our special Halliday glasshouse. It is one of a few surviving examples of a Halliday Glasshouse and it is in desperate need of conservation to ensure that it will still be standing in years to come.

Raffle tickets are available to buy across the site and at our ticket hut. We would like to thank our supporters for helping us to look after Sunnycroft – our volunteers, members and visitors all help us to keep this place special.
