- The easiest way to find us is from Junction 7 of the M54. Follow the B5061 towards Wellington. The entrance to Sunnycroft is on the left hand side 100 yards after the Wickets Inn public house.Parking: We have space in our car park on site for 30-35 cars. There is additional free parking located in the town of Wellington. We are a 1/2 mile walk up hill from the Wrekin Road car park.Sat Nav: Please use postcode TF1 2DP

Suburban Victorian villa, built in 1880, with an Edwardian interior. Most original features and much of its original contents remain.
Garden
A miniature estate in five acres, includes orchard, lawn, ornamental gardens, Wellingtonia tree avenue, outbuildings.
Halliday Conservatory
The conservatory was designed by R Halliday & Co around 1899, and is fully intact with original features. Recently restored, Grade II listed.

Tucked away on the edge of Wellington is this rare suburban villa and mini-estate. Beyond the large avenue of Wellingtonia trees the red-brick villa is unexpectedly revealed offering a chance to immerse yourself in a past era.
The time capsule, which is furnished with original wallpapers, Maw’s tiles and gold medal winning fireplaces, transports you back to the pre-First World War ‘country house’ lifestyle.
