Spring Raffle 2026 terms and conditions

The profits from every ticket purchased will go towards our cause to help nature to thrive. We can only currently send Raffle packs to existing Raffle players and select members, but we hope to invite new supporters to play soon.

About the Raffle

The Spring Raffle 2026 is operated by The National Trust (Enterprises) Limited (registered company no. 1083105 and registered office address Heelis, Kemble Drive, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN2 2NA), which is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 4746. The National Trust (Enterprises) Limited is the wholly owned trading subsidiary of The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty (registered charity no. 205846).

All profits from the Spring Raffle 2026 will be donated to The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty (registered charity no. 205846).

In the financial year 2025-26, £389,864 was raised from ticket sales of our raffles, with 10% spent on prizes, 26% spent on delivering the raffle programme and the remaining 64% being used to fund the work of the National Trust. This translated to a fantastic £288,500.

The persons responsible for the promotion of the Spring Raffle 2026 are Sharon Pickford and Tom North of National Trust, Heelis, Kemble Drive, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN2 2NA.

Odds of winning a prize

The average likelihood of winning a prize, per Raffle Ticket, is 1 in 9,606.

The odds for our raffles are estimated based on past, similar-sized raffles.

Key terms

The information set out below is a summary of our key terms for the Spring Raffle 2026. This doesn't replace the full terms and conditions set out below. In the event of any conflict between this summary and the full terms and conditions, the full terms and conditions will apply.

  1. You must be 18 years of age or older and meet the other eligibility and verification criteria to purchase a Raffle Ticket or receive a Prize. See Clauses 7, 8 and 34.
  2. Each Raffle Ticket will be sold for £1.
  3. Raffle players will receive Raffle Tickets by post. To purchase Raffle Tickets you must send the Raffle Ticket stubs and payment to our raffle fulfilment partner, Woods Valldata by the Closing Date. Raffle Ticket stubs received after 23:59 on the Closing Date won't be entered into the Festive Raffle 2025, and the payment for such Raffle Tickets will be treated as a donation to us unless you expressly state otherwise on your application for the Raffle Ticket(s). See Clauses 18-20.
  4. Any complaints or disputes will be first handled by our Fundraising Team with a right to appeal to the Independent Betting Arbitration Service. See Clauses 45-46.

Definitions

  • 'Spring Raffle 2026' means the lottery that is operated by The National Trust (Enterprises) Limited and managed in part by Woods Group Limited as an external lottery manager.

  • 'Closing Date' means 23:59 on 5 June 2026 for the Spring Raffle 2025.

  • 'National Trust' means The National Trust (Enterprises) Limited.

  • 'Prize' means any of the prizes as set out at Clauses 24-28.

  • 'Raffle Ticket' means a ticket purchased for the Spring Raffle 2026.

  • 'Ticket Holder' means a person who has entered the Spring Raffle 2026 in accordance with these terms and conditions.
