Half Term Halloween Fest
Our witches will land at the National Trust property near Moy at 11am on Saturday 27 October and will be casting their spells on all who dare to meet them until 4pm on Wednesday 31 October.
Pluck up the courage and visit the Witch’s House, where she will be busy with her potions, casting her spells and making brew in the cauldron. You will meet her at the end of the Broomstick Trail around the grounds and ask her for your treat…if you dare.
Visit the Pumpkin Patch in the laundry yard, pick your favourite and then carve with the friendlier witches and wizards in the old courtyard. There are creepy face stencils and a pumpkin beanbag game plus magic wizard wands to design yourself and bring home with you. Take a tour of the 1820’s house and kids can try and find the scary monsters in the rooms of the old mansion.
The fun doesn’t end there as The Argory will be remaining open 11am-4pm from Thursday 1 November until Sunday 4 November for Halloween half term activities. Outdoor explorers can enjoy our adventure play park – swing on a rope, balance on logs, but watch out for the spiders!! See how many of our ‘50 Things to Do before you’re 11 ¾’ you can tick off before going back to school.
There are lots of seasonal goodies in the Gift Shop and for those early Christmas shoppers there are some gorgeous decorations, cards and festive gifts. There’s something for everyone, make sure to take a look.
The Courtyard Coffee Shop will be open throughout half term, serving their famous scones and freshly baked treats alongside Halloween horror bakes, bone-warming seasonal lunches and speciality coffees, such as Pumpkin Spiced Lattes.
Half term Halloween Fest runs from Saturday 27 October to Wednesday 31 October.
