Manor Farm B&B is a delightful 17th century farmhouse situated in the village of Kelmscott on the edge of the Cotswolds.
We are a working mixed farm stretching down to the banks of the river Thames. An Aga cooked farmhouse breakfasts await you in the morning using local produce including Bacon and Sausages from Kelmscott Country Pork our neighbouring farmer. We have 3 large ensuite bedrooms, guest lounge, panelled dining room and off road parking.
Kelmscott is well known for Kelmscott Manor which was William Morris’ summer residence and a place he considered to be “Heaven on Earth”. We are also perfectly located for touring the Cotswolds, walking the Thames path, cycling and visiting the many National Trust places in the area.
Manor Farm Shepherds Hut
Manor Farm Shepherds Hut is situated in a pretty meadow a few minutes walk from the village of Kelmscott. The hut is available on a self catering basis from March to October.
It is the ultimate glamping experience hand built from Oak and is fully insulated and fitted with a log burning stove, kitchenette, ensuite bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. It is perfectly located for a romantic setting, a peaceful restful stay or an active break sight seeing, cycling, walking or even wild swimming in the Thames!! The star gazing is also impressive on a clear night. It is only 5 minutes walk to the local pub if you didn’t want to cook.....
