Eating at Tredegar House

Coffee cake

The Brewhouse Café is open 10-4 everyday. Closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day. In line with government guidance, you're required to wear a face covering in most enclosed spaces from Monday 14 September. Please bring one with you. Our seasonal and locally sourced menus are prepared daily and with all profits going back into the conservation of Tredegar House you can enjoy those tasty treats guilt free.

The Brewhouse Cafe

At the heart of the home farm this building once housed the Morgan family’s horses, before it became their very own brewery and now our cafe.

Serving up a range of hot and cold dishes, cakes, bakes and icy treats, the Brewhouse is the first port of call for those looking to relax and refuel.

Keeping you safe

We've introduced new safety measures including screens at our tills, and waymarked routes. You might be asked to queue for a short time, please follow signs and instructions from team members. We'll also only be accepting card payment. Under Welsh Government guidance, we can only accept small groups (four people at the most, plus children under 11) – unless you’re all from the same household. We ask for you to keep a safe distance from others, and wear a face covering (unless you are exempt). Please give your contact details for the Test, Trace, Protect programme. We look forward to welcoming you back and know you'll support us to make this a safe experience for everyone.

Our festive menu

Please note that the menu is subject to availability. Please order at the counter and ask a member of the team for allergen information and for vegetarian, vegan and dairy free options. Please order at the counter. Hot food is served 12-3 and our grab and go offer is served 10-3 (for example sausage rolls and pasties).
