Fall into autumn
As the leaves start to crisp and redden keep the spirit of summer alive at Trerice.
We have lots of apples growing on our trees this year, which the Barn restaurant will be using in their warming recipes, so tick off one of your 50 things and pick some apples to help our gardeners.
Arty and crafty
Want to get messy? There are plenty of wild art activities going on.
· 11 and 15 September create your own autumn pictures with apple printing,
· 17 September play with some clay and make a Boggit.
When most think of Poldark they think of crashing seas and beautiful coastlines. However, just as important to those stories are the places characters live in.
Winston Graham took much inspiration from the Cornish land around him. Having been invited to a party or two at Trerice, when it was in private ownership, he used it as a model for Trenwith.
