Bathe in blossom this spring as we join the National Trust Blossom celebrations with Blossom in Bath. Working with our partners Little Lost Robot and the Museum of East Asian Art, you’re invite to join us in celebrating the power of blossom.

Thanks to players of People’s Postcode Lottery, Bath Assembly Rooms is bringing the power of blossom to Bath this spring.

Working with partners and community groups across Bath, we're inviting you to come together in celebration of spring, and to take the joy of blossom to urban streets that don’t have established blossom trees.

The Museum of East Asian Art, Little Lost Robot and More Trees BANES are partnering with Bath Assembly Rooms to deliver Blossom in Bath. Help get ready for the parade by attending a creative workshop that will see blossom lanterns and banners made ready to take to the streets of the city on parade day.

Make a blossom lantern at home

Take a look below to find step-by-step instructions on how you can create your own blossom lantern at home.

Planting trees

We're working with More Trees BANES to bring blossom to the streets of Bath. Later this year residents of Twerton and Whiteway will have the chance to get involved with growing, planting and looking after blossoming fruit trees in local green spaces. Bringing the joy of blossom to communities in Bath in future years.

Blossoming Communities

Blossom doesn't end with the parade. Later in 2026 there will be a chance for local community groups to participate in creative workshops. Led by our partner, Twerton and Whiteway Community Network, they'll be running a series of creative workshops - extending the joy of blossom.
