Wassail celebration at Dyrham Park
Join us for a wassailing event where visitors can walk round in a procession with music and celebration to bless the pear trees for a good harvest in 2026.

From 12 noon, visitors can make wassail sticks. At 1pm there will be traditional music in the courtyard leading up to the great wassail procession around the garden which will start around 1.30pm. Due to finish around 2.30pm.

The site is steep and uneven in places. There are steps along the main wassail route but there will be an alternative level shortcut available.

October half-term bug trail at Dyrham Park
Get out in the great outdoors this October half term for an insect-themed trail around the 270 acres of parkland. Price: £2.50 per trail which includes a prize (normal admissions apply). Booking not required.
Hidden water walk
Join a guide for a special tour to find out about the natural springs and hidden water chambers in the hillside to the mysterious underground well and stone structure by the lake to track the 'curious water works' of Dyrham Park.
