Our sessions will take place outside in Wightwick’s gardens with the stunning backdrop of the beautiful Victorian manor. The class will involve a short warm up followed by a combination of traditional yoga posture and fun additions to keep youngsters engaged, ending with a brief active meditation.

It will be essential for participants to bring yoga mats/blankets, extra layers and whatever you feel is appropriate for the weather as we will be outside (with tent cover available if necessary).

These summer classes will be a delightful blend of learning, relaxation and outdoor fun all included with your normal entry fee to the property – running on Fridays: 31 July and 7, 14, 21 & 28 August.

On your first time attending a class with Heather please try to arrive 10 minutes early for an essential introduction, you will find her on the Thimbles Lawn – our reception team will be able to point you in the right direction when you arrive.

All attendees will be asked to fill in a confidential heath questionnaire before participating.
