Fish & chip Fridays

Calling all foodies! Pimp my Fish will be joining us at Anglesey Abbey every Friday from 25 July to 29 August with their fabulous fish & chip van.

They will be based on East Lawn by the Summer of Play activities, with fish & chips and a range of tasty snacks and drinks available to buy from 11.30am to 2.30pm on Fridays.

What's on the menu:

🐟 Award winning cod & chips served with a wedge of lemon, parsley and Maldon sea salt.

🐟 Kids' fish or sausage & chips, served with tomato ketchup.

🌭 The Boss Hog - Jumbo Newmarket Sausage with chips, mustard and honey mayo and dill pickles.

🌯 Del Toro Burrito - Crispy fish finger burrito with Asian slaw, sriracha mayo, mango chutney and Saturday night curry sauce.

🌯 Veggie* Del Toro Burrito - Panko halloumi with Asian Slaw, sriracha mayo, mango chutney and Saturday night curry sauce. * Available as a vegan option with a Korean bean patty.

🍟 Twice cooked chips - twice cooked for a crispy outside and soft and fluffy centre.

🫛 A selection of homemade sides: Wasabi tartare sriracha mayo, mushy peas, curry sauce, Asian slaw.
