Yoga in the Rose Garden
In celebration of the Rose Garden at Anglesey Abbey, join Beth from Wheel Coaching for a rejuvenating yoga class in the Gardens.

See Anglesey Abbey from a new angle this summer and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the stunning Rose Garden.
Beth will guide you through a 45-minute Hatha Flow yoga sequence in celebration of summer, incorporating breath work, meditation, yoga postures, and deep relaxation. All abilities are welcome, and tickets include a complementary tea or coffee to enjoy afterwards. Yoga mats will be provided.
Beth is a Senior RYT Yoga Teacher and Professional Coach with over 15 years’ experience in the well-being space, and is certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Hot Yoga, Yoga for Children & Teenagers, Therapeutic Yoga, and Yoga Medicine.
Your ticket will include the yoga session and a complementary drink. If you are a NT member, please bring your membership card to be scanned upon entry.
Please arrive promptly for your yoga session. Please arrive at the Visitor Centre no later than 8:45am/9:45am (depending on your timeslot). We cannot guarantee late entry due to the nature of the event.
This event is outdoors. While we hope to have beautiful sunny weather, in the event of bad weather, we may need to cancel the event. If this happens, ticketholders will be notified the day before.

Head to the Visitor Centre where you will be greeted and directed to the Rose Garden. Please arrive promptly to ensure you reach the Rose Garden in time for the start of the session.

This event is aimed at adults, generally suitable for 16+
- What to bring and wear
Exercise clothing is advised, and please do bring water and sun cream! Yoga mats will be provided.
