Step away from the hustle of modern life and join us for a wellbeing walk in and around Lyme.
Whether you want to enjoy being out and about in nature, get active, explore more of your local area or meet new friends, these walks are for you.
Each walk is approximately 2 miles (3.2km) and lasts 1.5 hours. These walks are led by volunteers, please note that some of the walks can be challenging and include uneven terrain and ground conditions. Each walk travels a different route through the parkland taking in the wonder of the landscape and seasons.

The basics

- Accessibility
The routes follow some steep and uneven terrain and can be challenging. Not suitable for wheelchairs or buggies. Each walk is approximately 2 miles (3.2km).
- Meeting point
Outside the information kiosk in the car park 10 minutes before the walk start time.
- Suitability for children
Not recommended for children under the age of 12
- What to bring and wear
Sturdy footwear is essential as some paths are uneven. Please also wear weather appropriate clothing. Insect repellent and suncream is also recommended.
- Other
To create a peaceful atmosphere, free from distractions, the Wellbeing Walking group is not suitable for dog walkers. Please note that there may be other visitors in the park with dogs along the walking route and in the garden.
