You are invited to enjoy a fun-filled family Christmas at Quarry Bank.

Tickets for Christmas 2026 events go on sale on Friday 28 August

Selected dates from Saturday 5 to Wednesday 23 December

Enjoy a private family visit with Father Christmas as he makes his final preparations ahead of Christmas. You’ll have the opportunity to share your wish list, take the perfect family festive photo and each child will receive a gift.

Tickets £12 per child. Accompanying adults limited to two per child and do not require tickets.

Sessions on Friday 11 and Wednesday 16 December

Christmas is for everyone, and we’re delighted to offer neurodiverse-friendly sessions to meet Father Christmas. These sessions are designed to provide a more relaxed and comfortable experience, while keeping all the magic and joy of Christmas. Fewer guests will attend each session, there will be no music, and fewer staff and volunteers will be present. This relaxed environment will give guests the opportunity to explore and take part in activities at their own pace.

Tickets £12 per person. Accompanying adults limited to two per ticket holder and do not require tickets.

Join us for a special Christmas baby and toddler activity and play session, with a visit from Father Christmas and a gift for your little one. This event is designed for children aged 6 months to 5 years, although older children are welcome.

Tickets £15 per child. Accompanying adults limited to two per child do not require tickets.

Selected dates from Friday 4 to Thursday 31 December

With festive lighting and illuminated walkways, wander through the Upper Garden on an Enchanted Winter Walk. Keep an eye out for Mrs Claus preparing the sleigh for Christmas Eve, and little ones, don’t forget to pick up your reindeer food ready for the big day.

Tickets £9.95 per person. Adult tickets include entry and a hot drink. Children’s tickets include entry, reindeer food and a child-sized hot drink.

Saturday 12 and Tuesday 29 December

The Enchanted Winter Walk that you know and love, but these sessions are designed to provide a more relaxed experience, with reduced lighting, no music and fewer ticket holders per session. Keep an eye out for Mrs Claus preparing the sleigh for Christmas Eve, and little ones, don’t forget to pick up your reindeer food ready for the big day.

Tickets £9.95 per person. Adult tickets include entry and a hot drink. Children’s tickets include entry, reindeer food and a child-sized hot drink.

Open from Thursday 26 November – Sunday 3 January 2027

The popular top floor indoor play space re-opens with a festive twist, and is ready to welcome younger visitors and their grown-ups! The top floor has been transformed into Elf HQ, and the elves need your little ones to help complete their Christmas tasks. Stack presents on the sleigh, test your snowball skills, and even create your very own elf CV. Favourite activities return this season, including soft play, the swing, giant snakes and ladders, a puppet show, and a performance stage complete with costumes. With festive crafts and games surrounded by the sparkle of Christmas, it’s an experience you’ll want to enjoy again and again.

Enchanted Winter Walk

Q: Do I need to pre-book carer tickets?

A: Yes please book carer tickets online. Carer tickets can only be redeemed alongside paid-for ticket(s).

Q: Can I bring my dog to the Enchanted Winter Walk?

A: Yes, dogs on leads are welcome to attend.

Q: Is the Enchanted Winter Walk route accessible?

A: Yes, the trail route is across flat ground. There is a small diversion to avoid steps at one point in the walled garden.

Q: What drinks are included in the ticket price?

A: The festive hot drinks on offer are: luxury hot chocolate, latte, cappuccino, tea, Americano. Standard size for adults, and small size for children. We offer oat and soy as a milk alternative. A selection of alternative hot and cold drinks and food will be available to purchase.

Q: What gift will children receive after Christmas instead of reindeer food?

A: A New Year themed party blower or similiar will be given to each child. Subject to change.

Q: Do you offer tickets for carers?

A: Yes, carer tickets can only be redeemed alongside paid-for ticket(s).

Q: If I change my mind, can I get a refund?

A: We have a "No refund" policy, unless we have to close in which case all bookings will be refunded accordingly.

Q: Can I transfer my tickets to another date?

A: Tickets cannot be transferred to another event, date or time.

Q: Can I sell my tickets?

A: Tickets are for your use and cannot be resold.

Q: Do I need to pay for parking?

A: No, parking is free.

Q: I'm a member of the National Trust, do I need to pay to attend these events?

A: Both National Trust members and non-members will need to purchase a ticket for paid for events.
