Join Sidney from Forest Bathing SW for a creative, relaxing Forest Bathing workshop – suitable for beginners.

Take time to slow down and reconnect with nature in this gentle three-hour workshop hosted by Sidney from Forest Bathing SW.

The session starts with an introductory talk on Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) and its benefits for our minds and bodies. You’ll then be guided on a gentle mindful walk with hand lenses to observe nature, creative sound mapping activities, guided visualisation, and quiet time in a sit spot exercise. During the workshop, you’ll explore simple ways to relax, be present, and immerse yourself in the natural world.

Suitable for beginners, with all materials provided. Please bring a picnic blanket or yoga mat for the sit spot exercise.

This event is free, however normal admission prices apply for entry to the gardens.
